Diddy may have done what to Jamie Foxx? On a recent episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, the podcast host addressed rumors that the now-infamous rapper may have “poisoned” Foxx.
On a recent podcast episode, the controversial host brought up rumors and some serious allegations about Diddy and Foxx’s upcoming comedy special, per The Daily Mail. “‘Jamie Foxx just recently said that P Diddy poisoned him and that’s why he got that stroke,’ Rogan said on the episode. ‘He talked about it on stage … He talked about it on his Netflix special.”
As The Root previously reported, Diddy’s role in Foxx’s health scare last year has been called into question since Foxx taped his upcoming Netflix special a few months ago. Per Page Six, a handful of audience members at the tapings revealed that Foxx claims Diddy is “responsible for his medical issues” during the set.
Choke No Joke, a videographer/producer/director, broke it all down to Comedy Hype’s YouTube channel after attending the tapings, alleging that Foxx told the crowd, “Diddy was responsible for what happened to him, and [Foxx] is the one who called the FBI on [Combs].”
Choke went on to clarify that it did not seem like Foxx was saying this claim in jest during the special, but that viewers will have to see for themselves when it airs on Netflix.
Rogan went on to say on his podcast he thinks there was “a bunch of sh-t” going on.” He said, “I think murders, alleged murders … a bunch of people got pneumonia, a bunch of convenient people died of pneumonia,” repeating some damming allegations regarding Diddy, citing a Daily Mail report without any further fact-checking.
Rogan added at the end of the topic, “‘We won’t know until we see the actual Jamie Foxx Netflix special.” As the Netflix special has yet to hit the streamer, none of these claims are confirmed or sourced, and could all very well be more internet conspiracy theories surrounding Diddy in what has become, by far, the biggest entertainment story of the year.
