Popular social media influencer and comedian Druski has been named in a new lawsuit against Diddy where he is accused of gang rape!
Within an October 2024 lawsuit, a woman named Ashley Parham originally accused the Bad Boy of sexual assault, battery, abuse, false imprisonment, and kidnapping as part of a 2018 incident. According to USA Today the amended complaint filed on Friday (March 7th) now includes the names of Druski, NFL player Odell Beckham Jr. blogger Jacquelyn ‘Jaguar’ Wright, Diddy’s mother Janice Combs alongside eight additional co-defendants.
Obtained court documents detail Ashley’s claims that Druski previously identified as John Doe was instructed by Diddy to assault her. Ashley says Druski doused her with lubricant and jumped on top of her causing her to lose her breath, “due to his size,’ before allegedly raping her, reads court documents.
Druski took to social media late Sunday evening ( March 9th) where he denied all claims while noting that he had no industry connections in 2018.
“This allegation is a fabricated lie,” Druski wrote in a statement shared to Instagram and Twitter (X).
“I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 — I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.”
Ashley states that she went to authorities immediately to report the incident.
According to reports from PEOPLE, a spokesperson from the Costa Contra Sheriff’s Office confirms that a report was taken on March 23, 2018 but was later determined that the claims were, “unfounded.”
In response to Ashley’s claims, Diddy’s legal team has issued a statement denying all claims.
In a statement to PEOPLE, Combs’ legal team says “no sane person reading this complaint could credit this story.”
“Mr. Combs was nowhere near Orinda, California on the day Ms. Parham claims she was assaulted there, and the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Department has already confirmed Ms. Parham’s claims were determined to be unfounded following a thorough investigation.”
“In an attempt to salvage her claims following the investigation debunking them, Ms. Parham has now invented an even wilder narrative, alleging a vast (and facially implausible) conspiracy between law enforcement, local civilians, and media industry players.”
