Cousins! The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI ) is officially taking a deeper exploration into the mysterious death of rising entrepreneur Shanquella Robinson!
As we previously reported the 25 year old had passed away in less than 24 hours of her landing in Mexico amongst a group of proposed friends.
According to BET News, the federal law enforcement agency has launched an investigation on behalf of Shanquella’s mother and father Salmondra and Bernard Robinson. It has been stated that they reported her death after Mexican officials hinted at there being no foul play surrounding her passing.
However in recent reports Shanquella’s autopsy shows that she died of a broken neck and suffered severe spinal cord injuries.
Shanquella had travelled with a group of seven from Charlotte, North Carolina to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico back in October for a birthday celebration. A male identified as her suggested best friend Khalil Cook is said to have called her mother and said that she had passed away from alcohol poisoning.
Salamondra says none of the proposed friends stories added up and that each one said something different. “They said she wasn’t feeling well. She had alcohol poisoning.”
She continues in saying, “They couldn’t get a pulse. Each one of the people that was there with her was telling different stories. No one told the same story, so I never believed them anyway.”
A graphic video shared on social media shows a woman named Daejhanae Jackson attack Shanquella as a male bystander recorded and watched. It is unclear if anyone else was in the room at the time of the fight.
No arrests have been made at this time, Cousin, please stick with us for further updates as we keep Shanquella’s loved ones in our prayer.
