The federal trial that’s had the entire music industry on edge has finally reached its conclusion — and it’s a mixed bag of justice.
After emotional and graphic testimony from Cassie Ventura and an anonymous accuser known as “Jane,” the jury found:
⚖️ NOT GUILTY:
of racketeering conspiracy — a charge tied to an alleged criminal enterprise run through Bad Boy Entertainment.
💔 GUILTY:
of transportation to engage in prostitution — prosecutors say Combs used his power to move Cassie and Jane across state lines for illicit sex acts.
🚫 NOT GUILTY:
of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion — the jury didn’t find enough evidence of violent manipulation in those claims.
So what does this really mean?
While Combs dodged the life-altering charges, he’s still facing federal felonies that carry weight.
