Comedians Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears are currently being accused by siblings following claims of sexual assault, grooming and child abuse in a newly filed lawsuit!
According to TMZ, a woman alongside her brother have have come forward in stating that both Tiffany and Aries forced them into filming a series of sexually explicit skits when they were only 14 and 7 years old. In court documents obtained by the outlet the siblings are referred to as Jane and John Doe.
Jane and John are claiming that they have been left traumatized for life after being allegedly groomed since they were small children. The sister claims that she met Tiffany when she was 14 and that the ‘She Ready’ actress gained her trust over time and convinced her to film a ‘sexually suggestive video,”. She says that Tiffany also taught her how to mimic fellatio.
The boy states he was 7 years old and claims he was molested by both Aries and Tiffany. His sister says that Tiffany had allegedly brought him home where he was molester while filing the skit “Funny it Die” for a video titled “Through a Pedophiles Eyes.”
Together they claim that Tiffany had previously been a friend of their mother’s and that the video featuring John Doe was published online when he was too young for consent under the title of “Funny or Die”
In response to the lawsuit Tiffany’s attorney Andrew Brettler has come forward in saying that that the suit is an attempt at extortion. He accuses the siblings mother identified as Trizah Morris, of attempting to have issued false claims against against Tiffany for many years.
“Every attorney who has initially taken on her case — and there were several — ultimately dropped the matter once it became clear that the claims were meritless and Ms. Haddish would not be shaken down. Now, Ms. Morris has her adult daughter representing herself in this lawsuit. The two of them will together face the consequences of pursuing this frivolous action.”
Jane and John are currently claiming to have developed social disorders. The brother says he is afraid of being watched or recorded and that he place bandaids over the camera to all of bis electronics.
Together they state that their mother had previously tried to reach a $15,000 settlement with Aries over the video. As of now they are taking legal action against both Tiffany and Aries for damages.
