“I can assure you all that everything is OKAY and will continue to be so. God got me like no other. I have so much more work to do to glorify God, so please believe God got me”

Dr. Janet Kukreja, Sanders’ lead oncologist, confirmed that the coach is officially cancer-free and even went so far as to declare him “cured.”

Sanders, who has already weathered previous health scares, including foot surgeries and blood flow issues that nearly led to amputation, now faces a new challenge: leading the Colorado Buffaloes into the next college football season while adjusting to life without a bladder.

Yet his persona remains the same.
