Noir Nation; Diddy is opening up about his current living conditions as he continues to fight for his release from prison–speaking out through his legal team, claiming the treatment he’s receiving is not only “unsanitary,” but downright inhumane!

According to Page Six, the 54-year-old music mogul says he’s been served maggot-infested, expired food during his incarceration—and that’s not even the worst of it.

Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo petitioned Judge Arun Subramanian on Sunday to release the 55-year-old on bail ahead of his Oct. 3 sentencing in a “brief letter.”

“MDC routinely serves food that is expired or infested with maggots,” Agnifilo alleged in the document,” said Agnifilo.

“The maggot-infested food captured in that photo is, unfortunately, not an uncommon experience.”

Reports state Diddy has been kept in solitary confinement for nearly 23 hours a day, with minimal human interaction and no privacy. His legal team argues that this level of isolation, combined with the alleged food contamination, could cause long-term mental and physical harm.

They’re now pushing for a full investigation into the facility’s practices—not just for Diddy, but for all inmates potentially facing the same conditions.
