we strongly believe that empowering young women and girls is a key step in breaking the cycle of poverty and gender inequality around the world. There’s no better way to accomplish that than by giving more girls the opportunity and the support so that they can go to AND stay in school to champion them to eventually become role models and great heroine!
Gonzo Soccer is a nonprofit that we’ve been working with for a while that we think has the potential to really make a difference in the agenda to empower girls, gender equality, and leadership but they need your help! That’s why we started this CROWDIELOVE campaign, to raise awareness for their cause and get them the support they need.

Help send these young at-risk, underprivileged girls to an amazing leadership camp to make them strong community leaders for the future. Please continue reading for further details!

The Issue

Across much of the developing world, by the time she is 12, a girl is tending to the house, cooking, cleaning and she is less likely to be vaccinated, to see a doctor, or attend school, compared to her male counterpart. Too often, a family values a daughter less than a son, not seeing the benefits of educating her when they could just have her work at home. The odds are constantly against her.
